When Kim Gorney discovered that bus drivers were providing snacks to homeless students in the Edmonds School District, she immediately decided that she HAD to do something. That resolve led to mobilizing a coalition of local moms and businesses to partner with the Edmonds School District to make a difference. This effort eventually became a full-fledged nonprofit that has expanded beyond providing supplemental food to students in need to now providing a wide-reaching array of programs.
About Us
Currently we serve students and families in the Edmonds School District as well as the Everett School District in addition to families referred to us by our community partners on a case by case basis.
We have two different chapters to support these endeavors. The programs of our Edmonds Chapter are highlighted on our What We Do page. Find out more about the Everett Chapter on our specific Everett Chapter page.
